Brett combines almost two decades of film and television experience with an innovative perspective on non-scripted storytelling and live broadcast production, after launching his career as a popular actor on successful shows like One Tree Hill and One Life to Live. Throughout his career, he has produced and/or starred in hundreds of film, television and digital content productions, developing an immense network of relationships throughout the industry.
Behind the cameras, he has produced and directed a decades worth of major live broadcast events starring some of the biggest names in entertainment. Brett was an early visionary of the gaming industry, regularly masterminding heavily attended celebrity gaming events for charity, leading to the founding of Tiltify, now the world’s premiere crowdfunding platform for live-streaming. He began building HMBL House in 2019 as an early predictor of the upcoming explosion in premium livestream content, leading HMBL House to be a major innovative force in developing and producing new remote content models for good during the pandemic of 2020.
Brendan’s entrepreneurial career in the entertainment and technology industries spans two decades. He is an award nominated producer and electronic artist and has graced the stages of some of Australia’s largest International music events and alongside some of the world’s most prolific acts.
As a music producer he has collaborated with a Grammy Award winning producer and IDOL (franchise) finalists, was a finalist in the US Song Writing Competition and was a finalist in the Music Oz Awards. His releases and collaborations have graced the ARIA Club charts and have received support from International DJs and International radio play. In parallel, Brendan has operated in the financial markets and investment banking for a decade, having significant experience in venture capital, M&A, Public Offerings (IPOs, ICOs), reverse mergers, International equity capital markets and debt instruments. Brendan is an internationally experienced operations and transaction focused executive and has served as Chairman and/or Director of numerous publicly (NASDAQ, ASX) listed technology (blockchain, FinTech) and biotech companies and private enterprises. He is a Responsible Manager of an Australian Financial Services License (AFSL).
Kiran is a seasoned Lead Full Stack developer with 15 years’ experience working with large enterprises as well as blockchain and technology start-ups, with particular interest in DeFi and NFT ecosystems and blockchain protocols. Kiran holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science) and is certified as a Consensys Blockchain Developer, AWS Solutions Architect, Oracle Expert Database SQL. Kiran has developed blockchain applications on Quorum and Ethereum nodes, and created Solidity smart contracts on Openzepplin. Experienced using and deploying on Truffle framework, Web3.0 modules, and implementing custodian wallet creation as well as Metamask integration.

He has led incubation-style design and product management swat teams to quick successful outcomes in low code/no code business management software, AI, Blockchain, Hybrid Cloud, Telco and Edge technologies. Clay is a coach in Enterprise Design Thinking and Agile methodologies, and has taught and guest lectured courses in these subjects at The University of Texas, East Carolina University, NC State University, The University of North Carolina, and Duke University. As a Design Manager for IBM Hybrid Cloud, Clay currently manages an award-winning and multi-talented team of designers (UX, Research, Visual Design, Content, and Front End Development) on one of the most innovative spaces in technology. Larry is an accomplished business development and marketing professional with a 20 year track record of working with IP holders, properties and brands related to the sports, technology, art and entertainment industries.
Prior to joining Solis, Larry handled business development efforts across a wide portfolio of companies from television show brand sponsorship to immersive media campaigns across sports and music. Throughout his career his focus has been on matching IP Holders and brands with the right technology, assets and ideas to achieve their goals. Desmond is a sports and entertainment marketing expert with 15 years of experience working with the biggest names and brands in the industry. Since starting his career at Def Jam, he has since cut his teeth at powerhouse advertising agencies and brands like Wieden+Kennedy, Creative Artist Agency, and most recently, Jordan Brand. His strategic, creative and brand management experience on brands like Jordan, Beats, 2K Sports, Nike, Old Spice, Target and Coke have earned him recognition from industry leaders, including the Association of Independent Commercial Producers, where he’s previously served both as a judge and award recipient.
Mark has been on the cutting edge of innovative content for nearly 20 years. He is responsible for developing, creating, and showrunning thousands of hours of programming, including unscripted TV juggernauts The Biggest Loser (NBC) and Masterchef (Fox) and groundbreaking non-linear projects like then real-time doc series @Summerbreak, the Emmy-nominated comedic anthology The Crossroads of History, and the Emmy-nominated hybrid comedy Making a Scene with James Franco. Rania Batrice is a first generation Palestinian, born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. As the only daughter in a conservative family, bravery and perseverance has defined her upbringing as a leader in progressive movements in the U.S. and around the world.
